Terms of Use
The rules for using Odin500's website, market data, Odin trading signals, and virtual (paper) trading tools.
Last updated: 2026-09-11
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Odin500 (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Client Agreement, and our Disclaimers & Limitations. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. What the Service is
Odin500 provides U.S. equity market data, charts, historical OHLC prices, return statistics, sector and heatmap analytics, a proprietary Odin trading signal screener, a weekly market newsletter, and virtual ("paper") trading tools including an AI portfolio simulator. All trading on Odin500 is simulated: no real orders are placed with any broker or exchange, and no real money is deposited, invested, or at risk through the Service.
4. AI-managed virtual portfolios
Odin500's AI portfolio simulator uses third-party large language models (currently including models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and xAI) to select and rebalance simulated holdings according to configuration you or Odin500 sets. Model output can be wrong, inconsistent, or based on incomplete information, and past simulated performance of any AI-managed or user-created virtual portfolio is not a reliable indicator of how the same strategy would perform with real capital.
5. Your account and content
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you publish a virtual portfolio, its name, description, and disclosed strategy are visible to other users; do not include information you want kept private. We may remove published content that violates these terms or applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service outside of any published API or feed we offer for that purpose; attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload our systems; misrepresent simulated ("paper") results as real trading results when discussing them publicly; or use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
7. Subscriptions and payment
Certain features require a paid Pro subscription. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor; Odin500 does not receive or store your full card number. Subscription terms (price, billing interval, and cancellation) are shown at checkout and in your account billing settings.
8. Intellectual property
The Odin500 name, logo, Odin signal methodology, and site design are owned by Odin500 or its licensors. Market data displayed on the Service may be licensed from third-party data providers and is subject to their own usage restrictions in addition to these terms.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms, creates risk or legal exposure for Odin500, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service, including all market data, Odin signals, and simulated trading results, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimers & Limitations page for the full statement of risk factors and liability limits, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Odin500 is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms of Use can be sent through the in-app support channel from your account settings.
